Peyton Manning and the Dallas Cowboys are the NFL's most followed entities, but Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel has been coming on strong with a 116% jump in interest since the Super Bowl to debut on the list at number 40.

The rest of the list's top ten is unsurprisingly quarterback heavy, with Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson and Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson the only non-QBs to crack the list.
