Florida State served visiting football recruits crab legs
In what is either a hilarious nod to the recent past or a massive oversight that's way too ripe for ridicule, Florida State served a recent group of visiting recruits crab legs.
According to 247 Sports, recruits on campus last week for the Seminoles game against Clemson were treated to a halftime buffet that included the seafood delight that Heisman winner Jameis Winston could not keep his sticky fingers off at a grocery store last spring.
“One of the best parts of the visit was the food with the crab legs,” [OL recruit Matthew] Burrell said. “Plus Jameis is an awesome guy. He took a picture with me and my brother. He’s real cool.”
Luckily for the recruits, they didn't have to endure another of Winston's faux pas -- him standing on a table yelling obscenities.
