Pastner spoke with USA Today last year about his love for the less-than-smart phone.

"This is a dinosaur phone, there's no doubt. Everyone's surprised when they see it. They can't believe it. I tell them, 'Hey, we've signed a lot of good players with this phone.' It's dependable and reliable. It can fall on the floor, break apart and you can put it right back together.”

Ever the iconoclast, Pastner didn't even get the iPhone's newest offering when he upgraded, taking last year's 5s model instead.
