N.C. State online store sells watch with Nebraska logo

One of the biggest jobs college sports retailers have is to make sure the merchandise they hawk actually has the correct logo of the school.

Sounds easy, right? Most of the time it is, but someone at N.C. State's official online store couldn't get it quite right, putting up a watch for sale that has what appears to be Nebraska's "N" logo on it.

The mishap is somewhat understandable. N.C. State and Nebraska both use red and white as their school colors, and both schools' names start with the letter "N." But considering N.C. State's logo is based around the "S" for "State," it's not exactly forgivable.

Most important to remember here is that the Wolfpack are 4-0 this season. If they manage to keep it up — a big if, with Florida State coming to town on Saturday — nobody will remember the great watch fiasco of 2014.

And in case anyone was interested in buying the limited edition Nebraska-N.C. State watch, you're out of luck: It appears that the item has been taken down from the store.
