Dwight Howard misses Chandler Parsons so much he can't let go

Chandler Parsons' new team, the Dallas Mavericks, met up with his old team, the Houston Rockets, on Tuesday night for a preseason NBA game and despite some apparent ugliness around Parsons' departure, his teammates welcomed him back with open arms.

However, once center Dwight Howard embraced Parsons, the All-Star big man decided he just couldn't let his old teammate go that quickly.

Once Howard finally let Parsons out of his grip and the game began, the small forward led all scoring for the Mavs with 14 points, but it was not enough to get past the Rockets, who left Dallas with a 111-108 victory in the preseason opener.
