Buccaneers' Vincent Jackson throws local military moms a baby shower
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson spent the team's bye week giving back to the local community by throwing a baby shower for military moms, providing each mother with over $1,000 in gifts.
The gift bags included diapers, car seats and strollers from the Jackson in Action 83 foundation, which the receiver founded to help military families.

Jackson is from a military family, and he told WTSP-10 News that he understands that times can get tough raising a family on a budget.
"I mean, I knew, growing up in a military household, sometimes things are tight," he said. "I know it's going to go a long way for these families, especially these young families to help keep some of that stuff in their pocket."
