Check out these interactive 3D photos of Seahawks-Raiders game

Game action photos usually look pretty exciting, but the folks at Lytro have found a way to make them even cooler.

Game action photos usually look pretty exciting, but the folks at Lytro have found a way to make them even cooler. Photographer Mike Sternoff shot the Oakland Raiders vs. Seattle Seahawks game with Lytro Illum, a camera that takes 3D living pictures. With regular cameras, photographers must focus and adjust light exposure to produce a 2D image. But the light field technology of the Lytro Illum allows the camera to capture the color and direction of every ray of light. The result? Interactive images for the viewer to play with: click to refocus, move the mouse to change perception and scroll to zoom.
