Brock Osweiler has a pretty lucrative, comfortable gig in the NFL, serving as the backup to one of the NFL's all-time greats in Peyton Manning.
Like anyone, he gets excited when there's a chance to get into a game. And he thought he was going to get that chance in the third quarter of Sunday's blowout win against the Raiders.
He grabbed his helmet and was about to run onto the field with a 41-10 lead until... heartbreak. Manning was already headed back out with the offense. Osweiler's reaction was priceless:
Osweiler did eventually get into the game during the Broncos' 41-17 win, completing two of five passes for 13 yards.
