Paul Pierce grudgingly signed in-game autograph for fan

One Washington Wizards fan really wanted Paul Pierce's autograph on Saturday, and he obliged... grudgingly.

One Washington Wizards fan really wanted Paul Pierce's autograph on Saturday, and he obliged... grudgingly.

The Wizards were in the midst of a 111-100 road win over the Milwaukee Bucks when a fan approached Pierce from behind Washington's bench, donning Pierce's old Boston Celtics jersey with a pair of sneakers in tow. She seemed quite nervous at first, and then even more surprised when Pierce snatched the shoes for an autograph.

Yes, the vine is a few days old, but Pierce's "Ugh, fine, OK" expression is just too great not to share. The contrast between her timid excitement and Pierce's apparent disdain for signing yet another autograph is incredible.

Dammit, another fan! Fine, I'll sign.

Pierce had plenty of reasons to oblige this kind autograph-seeker—he scored 25 points in 28 minutes in the Wizards' win, shooting 8-of-16 from the field and also pulling down 10 rebounds for a double-double. Washington also has the second-best record in the Eastern Conference at 9-3, trailing only the 12-2 Toronto Raptors.
