Tom Brady's had a great year. So has his Facebook.

Posting everything from his college resume to an image of him riding a Colt before the AFC Championship Game, Brady -- or whomever is posting to the page -- was at it again following the New England Patriots' 28-24 Super Bowl XLIX win over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Brady was indeed a star Sunday night, throwing a Super Bowl-record 37 completions, breaking Joe Montana's record of 11 career Super Bowl touchdowns and tying Montana and Terry Bradshaw for the most Super Bowl championships with four.

He also won his third Super Bowl MVP, as if everything else wasn't enough.
