LeBron James talked with the media about how he has changed his diet and fitness routine over his time in the NBA on Tuesday, and he accidentally ran afoul of one of his most prominent endorsement partners, but quickly recovered.

James talked about how he did not pay much attention to his body when he first arrived in the league as a teenager, according to the Cavs' website.

"I ate McDonald's my first couple of years in the NBA. I didn't stretch, I didn't ice. It didn't matter. I was 18, I could do whatever I wanted to."

After James talked a little more about his late-blooming dedication to fitness, a reporter gave him an opportunity to clarify how often he eats at McDonald's these days, considering they are a sponsor, and the All-Star recovered wonderfully.

"Every day! Every day, every day, every day, every day, every day. I just had it this morning."
