In his epic takedown, Oliver points out the enormous number of sponsorships that take place in the 68-team tournament, with even the ladder used for cutting down the nets being turned into a money-making opportunity.

Oliver takes aim at the NCAA's insistence on players maintaining amateur status, preventing them from earning money from their sports while the tournaments pulls in over $1 billion a year in revenue.

He also looks at the quality of education the players are given, taking into account their jam-packed schedules and the "paper classes" scandal that rocked UNC last year.
