Former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow paid a visit to Manny Pacquiao at a Los Angeles gym Saturday while the prize fighter trained for his upcoming bout with Floyd Mayweather, the Denver Post reported Saturday.
"Awesome being with my Filipino and Christian brother," Tebow wrote on social media. Pacquiao was sparring with Kenneth Sims Jr., who also posted a photo with Tebow.
The move evokes pop star Justin Bieber's appearance by Mayweather's side at a press conference earlier this year.

The Pacquiao-Mayweather fight takes place on May 2 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
We're wondering if Bieber and Tebow will sit across from each other at ringside.
