A lucky New York Knicks fan hit a half-court shot Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden to win $10,000... after airballing the preceding free throw and three-pointer.
That legitimately might be the loudest applause the Garden has seen this season. Good for Shawn Kelly of West Orange, N.J.
Here's another view—he might've been a little inside mid-court, but that's an impressively casual heave.
Of course, "Knicks fan hits shot, wins $10,000" is guaranteed instant-gold fodder for Twitter, especially during this season that's spawned its own take on "One Shining Moment."
