Warriors Win Title. Harrison Barnes Enjoys First Sip of Alcohol

Golden State captured its first NBA championship in 40 years with a 105-97 Game 6 victory over Cleveland. Andre Iguodala just edged out LeBron James (seven votes to four) for MVP honors. Other items of note: The game started with a great National Anthem by 19-year-old Marlana VanHoose ... J.R. Smith could barely stay awake during David Blatt's halftime speech (though he did make a great postgame exit) ... Steve Kerr celebrated with a champagne bath (and I'd love to know who ordered the salad) ... Harrison Barnes enjoyed his first ever sip of alcohol during the postgame festivities ... I'll leave you with this video of "Stone Cold" Stephen Curry doing damage.

Paying Attention, A-Rod?

WNBA star Tina Charles announced that she'll donate half of her $100,000 salary to her Hopey's Heart Foundation. This is the second consecutive season Charles has done this. Meanwhile in the Bronx, the Yankees are still waiting to hear back from Alex Rodriguez about using a charitable donation to settle their $6 million dispute.

Minor League Manager Known For Meltdowns Has Meltdown

Double-A Frisco RoughRiders manager Joe Mikulik lost it again Tuesday night during a game against the Midland Rockhounds. And like most Mikulik tirades, this one was must-see.

Lovely Lady of the Day

Elizabeth Velasquez should be on your radar for this car wash video alone. She earns today's LLOD honors (click here for full-size gallery).

Odds & Ends

Bob Uecker has been diagnosed with a mild concussion after being struck by a ball during batting practice ... Jays slugger Jose Bautista took a random shot at Bill Belichick while discussing the Cardinals hacking scandal. He's not the only one to associate the two ... The guy who catches all the foul balls went to a ballgame with adult video star Lisa Ann ... Red Sox utility man Brock Holt hit for the cycle ... 10 photos of a now-destroyed Candlestick Park ... Phillies outfielder Jeff Francoeur pitched two innings of Tuesday's game against the Orioles after some minor phone issues ... The Houston Texans cheerleaders had their annual bikini calendar shoot ... Love this cartoon/graphic depicting this year's Stanley Cup playoffs ... Celebrities with Donald Trump hair ... This is not a good trend ... What the color of your urine says about your health ... Kate Hudson still looks good in a bikini.

Ed Sheeran Surprises Fan

The singer-songwriter was hanging out at a West Edmonton mall when he heard a 13-year-old singing karaoke Thinking Out Loud. So he joined her.
