New York Knicks rookie Kristaps Porzingis has already made himself a fan favorite in The Big Apple with his spinning dunks and put-back slams. Now, it’s only a matter of time before Knicks fans expect Porzingis to lead the franchise to an NBA title.

Of course, the road through the NBA Finals in the East runs through one man: LeBron James. As it turns out, Porzingis’s experience with King James is pretty much the same as the rest of us:

Here’s my question though: Who asked this question? Why would Porzingis have ever played with or against LeBron? James wasn’t making any basketball trips to Latvia in his spare time. The New York media really needs to get its act together.

As for Porzingis, a matchup with LeBron in 2K is no joke. The rookie is rated a 73 in the popular game. James is the highest-rated active player in the game at 94.
