How do we know this? Because Gortat used the Oxford Dictionaries’ word of the year to absolutely ether Detroit Pistons guards Reggie Jackson and Brandon Jennings.
After Hoopshype tweeted a story about Jennings calling Jackson the best point guard in the Eastern Conference, Gortat—who plays with some guy named John Wall—stepped in to respond.
Wall and Jackson have a little bit of a history, with Wall firing shots at Jackson’s large contract over the summer. The Pistons may have the last laugh however, they just have to show the Wizards the standings in the East.
