So Long Swim Week

Andy Gray/SI

Our week long roll out of the Swimsuit Issue is coming to an end today, but you can continue to enjoy the mountain of photos and videos over at the Swimsuit website. Andy Gray kept a running diary of the Swim City events in New York and Miami, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at the models. You can also see outtakes from the shoots over at Swim Daily.

NBA Trade Deadline

Despite a lot of chatter about Dwight Howard and Blake Griffin, the NBA trade deadline was fairly quiet, with no blockbusters. SI has grades for every deal that did go down this week ... Andrew Sharp has six takeaways from the 2016 deadline ... Ben Golliver anointed the winners and losers ... Jake Fischer took a look at last year’s flurry of point-guard trades.

Ronda Rousey vs. The Internet

Ronda Rousey recently said she thinks people on the internet are mostly evil. The MMA star spent several months away from the spotlight after Holy Holm took her bantamweight belt at UFC 193.

Lovely Lady of the Day

You can almost see the weekend from here, but to get you through the last painful hours, here is Swimsuit star Chanel Iman. (Click here for full-size gallery)

Retro Update

Uniform Nostalgia never seems to go away, and this season the Pirates will give the people what they want, wearing throwback uniforms for every Sunday home game. Meanwhile, the WHL’s Kamloops Blazers will bring back the dangerously ugly hockey pants for one night only next month.

Obama Meets the Blackhawks, Again

The Blackhawks have won three Stanley Cups with fellow Chicagoan Barack Obama in the White House, and they paid the President a final visit on Thursday in recognition of their most recent championship.

Clippers Go For It On Twitter

L.A.’s social media team really went for it Thursday night, with a photo of Blake Griffin and the trainer he punched, and a Kanye West meme.
