Unfortunately, he had gotten his calendar a little mixed up, as the deadline was not until Thursday afternoon, meaning there was still time for the guard to be moved to another team.

Luckily for Swaggy, he still stayed put with the Lakers, who chose not to make any deadline moves, giving him a good reason to show up happy to practice two days in a row.
