Ida Keeling is the new world record holder in the 100+ age group, after she posted a time of one minute and 17 seconds at the Penn Relays on Sunday.

Keeling followed up her record setting time by hitting the deck and doing a set of pushup just to let the crowd know that she had more left in the tank after her sprint.

The centenarian, who turns 101 on Thursday, began running at the age of 67 and in 2014 set the world record for a 99 year old with a time of 59.80.
