The NFL is planning games in Mexico and China, but eating meat there can cause players to fail PED tests.

A bunch of players posted images on Twitter of the notice they got from the league and players union warning them that “consuming large quantities of meat” while traveling in China and Mexico could trigger a positive test for clenbuterol, a fat-burning drug.

Even though it’s illegal, ranchers give clenbuterol to their cows to make them meatier. Eat enough tainted meat and the drug will show up in your system.

In reality, this affects such a small minority of NFL players. But Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan is still pretty upset.

It’s alright, Cam. You just have to make sure the meat is organic.
