Dez Bryant’s Favorite Speller

America has a new hero and his name is Nihar Janga, the 2016 Scripps National Spelling Bee co-champion. Janga stole my heart by shooting opponent Jairam Hathwar a death look and then throwing up Dez Bryant's signature X upon winning. Even Dez was impressed. The event also featured a bunch of awkward celebration dabs and an incredible running man breakout.

We’re Not Going Home

The Warriors beat the Thunder to close the gap to 3–2 in their best-of-seven series. Stephen Curry pulled off the rare mid-play chest bump before converting a game-clinching layup. He then told everyone he’s not going home. Steve Kerr did some weird mouth stuff and Russell Westbrook gave the Warriors some postgame motivation going into Game 6 on Saturday. I can’t wait.

Guess Which Former Running Back is Opening the First Pot-Friendly Gym

Hint: It’s the exact person you think would open a pot-friendly gym.

Lovely Lady of the Day

Danielle Knudson swung by the SI office for a 2017 SI Swimsuit casting and, well, I was quite impressed. Hopefully she’ll be in the issue next year. Until then, she’ll have to settle for LLOD honors (click for full-size gallery).

Warren Sapp is the Worst

This is such a jerk move, I almost admire it.

When Fast Food Goes Too Far

The fried chicken taco shell intrigued me. I have to admit.

Sidney Crosby is Superstitious

Yes, I know he touched the Prince of Wales Trophy. There’s a reason for that.

Angry Coach of the Day

Austin Acoustic coach Jericho Harris (of the Legends Football League) is not happy with his players. You should probably put on your headphones for this clip as he doesn’t always use the best language.
