Bunt Derby

Remember that "Chicks dig the long ball" commercial from a few years back. It's so dated. Right now it's all about the short ball and nowhere is that more apparent than Korea's Bunt Derby. The event actually tests players' bunting skills against one another and if there's any justice in the world, MLB will steal this idea for 2017.

Today in Luxury Golf Carts

There are two types of golfers in this world. Those who cruise the course in a Mercedes-Benz Style Edition Garia Golf Cart and everyone else. I'm more a fan of the former group.

Donald Trump's RNC Entrance, WWE Style

Donald Trump made a dramatic entrance at the Republican National Convention Monday night. This led us to see what his entrance would look like if he had used the entrance theme of pro wrestlers. Shawn Michaels' Sexy Boy is my favorite.

P.M. Lovely Lady of the Day

Hannah Kirkelie is another model I didn't know about before Miami Swim Week. She is now one of my favorites and this afternoon's lovely lady. (Click for Hannah's full-size gallery).

No. No. No.

Meat popsicles are now a thing and I never want to try one.

That's Gonna Hurt

I shouldn't laugh at this guy but ... well, it's really funny and I can't help myself.

Hot Clicks Giveaway

If you haven't tried virtual reality yet, make it the next item on your to-do list. I can't begin to explain how cool it is. So now you're saying, "Where can I try virtual reality, Andy?" Luckily for you, our friends at T-Mobile have you covered. During MLB All-Star weekend in San Diego, the company debuted a new virtual reality experience in which fans could hit home runs out of Petco Park. Now company officials are bringing it to their 2,200 T-Mobile stores so you can try for yourself. To celebrate, T-Mobile is giving away a Samsung Gear VR (compatible with Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6/S6 Edge and Galaxy S6 Edge+ devices) and five baseballs signed by Todd Frazier. I'll send the VR gear to the 100th person who can name the minor league team that is paying tribute to David Bowie on Friday. I'll send signed baseballs to the 50th, 75th, 150th, 200th and 250th person who responds correctly. The answer can be found in today's A.M. Clicks. Email the answer to me at andy_gray@simail.com and make the subject line T-Mobile.

Odds & Ends

Comparing the Warriors to Pokemon characters ... These colleges really need to go back to their throwback helmet designs ... Matt Damon went undercover and played blackjack in Las Vegas ... The $2,190 dress Melania Trump wore to the RNC Convention Monday night is already sold out ... Remind me to never visit Disneyland Shanghai ... Smart people and the breakfast they ate.
