UPDATE: Dwayne Bowe is back from his four-game suspension. He's active for the Chiefs, though how well he plays is anyone's guess.

Browns-Chiefs isn't a game that will have too many fantasy implications, but here goes: Safety Ray Ventrone is doubtful, while defensive ends Kenyon Coleman and Robaire Smith are listed as questionable.

Kansas City has a slim injury report, as usual. The only notable is defensive ends Glenn Dorsey and Wallace Gilberry, who are listed as questionable.

UPDATE: Fred Taylor is inactive for the Patriots. Lawrence Maroney will again get the bulk of the carries.

UPDATE: Mark Sanchez is active; he'll start for the Jets wearing two knee braces.

UPDATE: Michael Turner will return to the starting lineup for the Atlanta Falcons today. The other Atlanta backs don't have any fantasy value with Turner back, but get him back in your lineup if you have him.

Michael Turner continues to be hampered by injury during the most important part of the season (at least for those of us still in the fantasy football playoffs). He'll be a game-time decision; hope this one isn't pushed back so you know if he'll be going before lineups are due. Matt Ryan will also be a game-time decision for the Falcons on Saturday. Chris Redman, who started the last two weeks for Atlanta, will start if Ryan can't go. Questionable on the defensive side for the Falcons are end John Abraham and tackle Jonathan Babineaux.

Mark Sanchez will wear two knee braces when he returns to the quarterback the Jets on Sunday. Everyone else besides center Nick Mangold (listed as questionable) should be available for New York.

UPDATE: Vince Young will start for the Titans today.

The only player for the Dolphins listed as worse than probable is center Jake Grove, who's questionable with an ankle injury. Everybody else will play.

You know how trends spread across the NFL like wildfire? This week, coaches are making their quarterbacks game-time decisions. Vince Young, who injured his right hamstring last week, is listed as questionable. He practiced Friday, and it looks like he'll play. Wideout Nate Washington is also questionable. On the defensive side, linebacker David Thornton is doubtful.

UPDATE: Terrell Owens will start for the Bills this week. As usual, he's a boom-bust fantasy option but you could do worse.

Tom Brady is on the injury list with three injuries -- rib, right finger, right shoulder -- but don't worry, he'll play even if his injuries are nagging. As usual, half the Patriots roster is questionable, but the most interesting name on the list is Fred Taylor. He should return to the lineup and get his first action since October. He had ankle surgery on Oct. 8. Probably not worth playing Sunday but maybe stash him on your roster for the title game if you're short on running backs. Also questionable for New England: Nose tackle Vince Wilfork, left end Ty Warren, linebacker Tully Banta-Cain, defensive end Jarvis Green, wide receiver Julian Edelman.

Terrell Owens has a cold. He's questionable but was well enough to go to a Toronto Raptors game Friday night, so he'll play. Safety Jarius Byrd is probable for the Bills.

UPDATE: Calvin Johnson is active for the Lions. Daunte Culpepper will be quarterbacking the Lions today, so use Johnson with caution.

UPDATE: Larry Fitzgerald will start for the Cardinals today. Against the Lions, pretty much everyone on Arizona's offense is a fantasy option this week. Play 'em.

Larry Fitzgerald was injured in last week's loss. He was limited in practice all week but says he'll play. Officially, he's questionable. Neil Rackers is out; Mike Nugent will kick for the Cardinals. On defense, cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and end Kenny Iwebema are questionable.

Matt Stafford missed practice all week and is doubtful to play in Week 15. Daunte Culpepper will go as usual. Wideout Calvin Johnson practiced on Friday and, though he's questionable, should be active Sunday.

UPDATE: Steven Jackson should start for the Rams this week. Jackson is the only fantasy option on the Rams, especially since they'll be starting Keith Null at quarterback.

Everybody on the injury report is probable for Houston except center Chris Myers. Everybody listed as probable always plays. Short and easy.

The late-season trend continues: Steven Jackson is listed as questionable. This week, though, it's with the flu. At least one Rams player has swine flu, but there's no word if that's what sidelined Jackson on Friday. Backup running back Samkon Gado and quarterback Kyle Boller are both listed as questionable. The Rams are going to be shorthanded no matter what, so don't use anyone but Jackson if you can avoid it. Check Sunday morning to see what Jackson's status is.

Charlie Frye will start at quarterback for the Raiders with Bruce Gradkowski out, but hopefully he's not on your fantasy team. Wide receivers Darrius Heyward-Bey and Nick Miller are out, and tight end Zach Miller is listed as questionable.

Running back Correll Buckhalter is doubtful and will likely miss Sunday afternoon's game, leaving Knowshown Moreno to get all the carries. Safety Renaldo Hill is listed as doubtful and cornerback Ty Law is questionable.

Safety Chris Crocker and defensive tackle Domata Peko are out for the Bengals, while backup running back Bernard Scott is listed as questionable. Everybody else on the injury report is probable to play.

Center Nick Hardwick is out for San Diego, while linebackers Kevin Burnett and Shaun Phillips are both questionable. All of the Chargers' stars are playing.

Green Bay has nobody on the offensive side on its injury report. Linebacker Jeremy Thompson is out, cornerback Brandon Underwood is doubtful and tackle Ryan Pickett is questionable.

The Steelers will still be missing safety Troy Polamalu. On the offensive side, Hines Ward is listed as probable with a hamstring injury.

UPDATE: Eagles tight end Brent Celek will start today. The value of Jason Avant goes down a bit with Celek in the lineup, especially against San Francisco's above-average defense.

Nate Clements remains out for the 49ers, while wide receiver Isaac Bruce is listed as doubtful. Frank Gore is listed as probable and will start.

The Inquirer wrote the Eagles' Brent Celek said the weather would be "'snow' problem" for the Eagles; with a pun like that, you know he's serious. Celek is questionable but will probably play. If he doesn't, former Buccaneers TE Alex Smith will start. Brian Westbrook is once again out, while wide receiver Jeremy Maclin will also miss the game with a foot injury. With Maclin out, Jason Avant moves into the No. 2 receiver spot and becomes a fantasy option.

Looks like Devin Hester will miss his second straight week with a left calf strain: He missed practice all week and is listed as doubtful. Otherwise, the Bears have a few questionables who could be starting in IDP leagues: Defensive tackle Tommie Harris, cornerback Charles Tillman, linebacker Jamar Williams.

Downgrade Baltimore's offense accordingly with the snow and without tackle Jared Gaither. Wide receiver Mark Clayton is listed as doubtful, while safety Ed Reed and defensive tackle Haloti Ngata are both listed as questionable.

Tight End Kellen Winslow didn't participate in practice and is listed as questionable; it might be time to grab another tight end if you have Winslow. Wide receiver Michael Clayton remains out for Tampa Bay.

Seahawks wide receiver Nate Burleson is out this week with a high ankle sprain and could be out for the season. Deon Butler and Deion Branch become fantasy sleepers in big leagues with his absence.

UPDATE: Sidney Rice and Percy Harvin are expected to play tonight. Keep in mind, tnough: Harvin's been suffering from migranes and could always be inactive at game time.

Percy Harvin, who missed last week's games with migraine headaches, should return to the lineup Sunday night. He's listed as questionable, along with fellow wideout Sidney Rice, who is sick.

DeAngelo Williams is off the injury report for Carolina and is safe to start. Jonathan Stewart is still on it, but he's listed as probable and is also a safe start.

The Redskins are a little banged up on the defensive side: Tackle Cornelius Griffin, corner DeAngelo Hall and safety Kareem Moore are all questionable. On the offensive side, fullback Mike Sellers is questionable.

The Giants could be without cornerbacks Corey Webster and Aaron Ross and right tackle Kareem McKenzie, who are all doubtful. Will Beatty will start for McKenzie. Eli Manning and Ahmad Bradshaw are both probable.
