It's a long season; let us guide you through all of the potential names on the wire who can help your team. For more fantasy analysis, check out Sandlot Shrink.com.

Wilson Betemit, Kansas City Royals -- Betemit, 28, will play third base for now following the trade of Alberto Callaspo. He is hitting .377 with four homers in 67 at-bats this year but is just a lifetime .250 hitter. Grade C+

Brian Duensing, Minnesota Twins -- Duesning, 27, is taking Nick Blackburn's place in the rotation for now. Duensing has a 1.67 ERA in 39 relief appearances and is worth using in AL-only leagues. He made nine starts last season with five great starts down the stretch. They hope its a temporary move. Grade C+

J.A. Happ, Philadelphia Phillies -- Happ, 27, was recalled to take the injured Jamie Moyers' place in the rotation. He has a 5.97 ERA in nine appearances (eight starts) in the minors but has pitched better in his last two starts. He was placed on the DL after just two starts back in April with an elbow injury. He was 12-4 with a 2.93 ERA for the Phils last year. Should be considered in NL-only leagues. Grade B if healthy.

Jed Lowrie, Boston Red Sox -- Lowrie, 26, just returned from the DL and will play a lot until Dustin Pedroia returns. After that, he will be a super utility player all over the infield. He is not a big offensive contributor but won't hurt you either. He batted .258 with two homers in 2008 but struggled last year with a wrist injury. Grade C

Sergio Mitre, New York Yankees -- Mitre, 29, was just activated and will replace the injured Andy Pettitte in the rotation for a few weeks. The sinkerballer has a 2.88 ERA and 1.00 WHIP this season in 12 games (two starts). His lifetime ERA is 5.56 but any starter for the Yanks is worth a flier in AL-only leagues. He missed most of 2008 following Tommy John surgery. Grade C+

Sean O'Sullivan, Kansas City Royals -- O'Sullivan, 22, was acquired from L.A. to join the rotation. He throws 90 mph with a decent curve and changeup but is not a top prospect and has to be sharp to win. He posted a 5.92 ERA for the Angels last year and has a 2.08 ERA and 0.95 WHIP in 13 innings this season. He went 5-5 with a 4.76 ERA in 15 starts for AAA Salt Lake. Grade C

Chris Perez, Cleveland Indians -- Perez, 25, takes over again for the injured Kerry Wood. He is having a good year and saved 10 games for Wood earlier in the season. He also has put up decent numbers (2.41 ERA, 1.21 WHIP, 32/9 K/BB ratio) and could close the rest of the year if Wood is traded. Grade B

Scott Sizemore, Detroit Tigers -- Sizemore, 25, gets another chance as a regular this season, this time at third base following the Brandon Inge injury. He began the year at second base but was demoted in May after hitting just .206. He batted .329 with six home runs in 167 at-bats at AAA Toledo. Should have some value in AL-only leagues. Grade C+
