This weekend will be a little different than most for streaming purposes. With the All-Star break looming, there are three different ways your league could handle this week and next. Your league might include next weekend's games in this week's matchup, it might start a new week Thursday that goes all the way through the following Sunday, or it might treat the truncated week as a standalone entity. If the first scenario describes your league, you probably aren't desperate to stream anyone this weekend. However, if your leagues has adopted one of the latter two schedules, follow me to this weekend's streamables.

• John Lannan takes the bump for the Phillies Saturday against the White Sox. Lannan may not be the most exciting pitcher in the world, but the White Sox have been one of the worst teams in the majors all season and have struggled mightily against lefties this year. In 737 plate appearances as a team against southpaws, the White Sox are hitting .232/.286/.348, making this a great matchup for Lannan.

• Dan Haren may not be available depending on the depth of your league, but if he is, he's a great option this weekend despite his troubles this year. He starts against the lowly Marlins on Saturday and is coming off a seven-inning, two-run, seven-strikeout performance against the Phillies. He's certainly worth a shot.

• Finally, Edinson Volquez takes the ball for the Padres against the Giants on Saturday. The defending World Series champs are scuffling, falling to a last-place tie in the NL West. The Rockies touched up Volquez for four runs on eight hits in 5.1 innings his last time out, but it was the first time in nearly a month that he surrendered more than three earned runs.

Enjoy the games and the All-Star Break.
