Multiple concussions have changed the life of one California teen

Sammy Barish, 17, has suffered multiple concussions and wears special headgear to help protect her head from further trauma.

Barish, a goalie at Marin Academy outside of San Francisco, knows that one more concussion will end her athletic career.

"You hit your head, but life goes on," Sammy said. "You can't just sit in a dark room forever. That's not how life works."
