Sports Illustrated's June High School Athlete of the Month, Hunter Gandee was recently presented with his award.
Detroit Lions tight end Eric Ebron and the U.S. Marines were on hand to present Gandee with his honor.
Gandee, 15, recently walked 57 miles with his eight-year-old brother Braden on his back to help raise awareness for cerebral palsy, from which Braden suffers. Last year, Hunter, now a freshman wrestler at Bedford High in Temperance, Mich., walked 40 miles with Braden on his back in an event they called the Cerebral Palsy Swagger.
You can read Hunter's inspirational story here, along with an account of his weekend-long walk.
