Acini Di Pepe scores easy win in Monmouth feature

OCEANPORT, N.J. (AP) Acini Di Pepe took the lead around the far turn and drew off in the stretch to win the $47,250 allowance feature at Monmouth Park on Saturday, beating Miami Music by 7 1/2 lengths.

Trained by Michael Mullin and ridden by Ramon Moya, the 4-year-old colt ran a mile and 70 yards over a fast track in 1:43 and paid $3.40, $2.40 and $2.20. It was the second win in four career starts for Acini Di Pepe.

Miami Music returned $5.20 and $3.80, and Social Network paid $4.80.
