The 141st running of the Preakness Stakes takes place at 6:45 p.m. ET Saturday at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.

Nyquist looks to take first place after winning the first leg of the Triple Crown at the Kentucky Derby earlier this month. Last year’s Preakness winner, American Pharoah, went on to become the first horse since Affirmed in 1978 to win the Triple Crown of the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes.

Nyquist entered as the favorite to win the Preakness, with Exaggerator — the Derby runner-up — the main challenger. However, an $80,000 bet on Stradivari changed the field as of 1:20 p.m. ET, according to the Courier-Journal.

Below are the horses in the field, listed by post position and their latest odds:

Odds as of 2:15 p.m. Saturday
