Meet Cross-country Skier

Kikkan Randall

Age 31, Anchorage

Going into her fourth Olympic Games, Randall is the first U.S. woman to win a World Cup race and the first to take gold at a world championship. In 2012 and 2013 she was the World Cup overall sprint champion. Already the best female cross-country skier in U.S. history, she could become the first U.S. woman to win an Olympic cross-country skiing medal and the first American, male or female, to win a gold in her sport.
