Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu has a strained right glute and might miss his next start, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Ryu left Wednesday night's game against the Atlanta Braves in the sixth inning due to the injury. He is 13-6 with a 3.28 ERA and 122 strikeouts this season in his second year with the Dodgers.

The 27-year-old said it's "a little too early to tell" if he will make his next scheduled start.

Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Ryu will get an MRI and see the team's physician when the Dodgers return to Los Angeles Thursday night.

The Dodgers have the best record in the National League at 69-53.
