Oakland Athletics outfielder Coco Crisp will be out for a few days with a neck strain, A's manager Bob Melvin said

Crisp missed the last two games of the four-game sweep at the hands of the Los Angeles Angels after he tried to rob a two-run homer from Angels catcher Chris Iannetta in Friday's game.

According to MLB.com, Crisp could receive trigger point injections to help treat the neck issue.

Crisp is batting .254 with nine home runs and 45 RBI for the A's, who are now five games back of the Angels in the A.L. West. They have a 4.5 game lead for a Wild Card spot.
