The Atlanta Braves and relief pitcher Peter Moylan have agreed to a minor-league contract, according to a report from David O'Brien of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Moylan underwent his second Tommy John surgery in March 2014 but could be ready to pitch before the middle of the season.

Over 15 1/3 innings with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2013, Moylan posted a 6.46 ERA with six strikeouts and seven walks.

The 36-year-old also pitched for the Atlanta Braves from 2006-2012.

In eight total seasons, Moylan has posted a 2.80 ERA with 213 strikeouts and 121 walks in 276 innings.
