The Los Angeles Dodgers have activated outfielder Scott Van Slyke from the disabled list, the team announced on Wednesday.

Additionally, the Dodgers have placed pitcher Chris Hatcher on the DL with a left oblique strain.

According to Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times, Hatcher said he felt a “twinge” in his oblique on Sunday and received an MRI on Wednesday.

Van Slyke last played on May 30 before going on the DL with mid-back inflammation. He completed a rehab assignment before being activated by Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old is hitting .264 with two home runs and 14 RBIs in 34 games this season.
