Yankees reshuffle bullpen, put Sergio Santos on DL

NEW YORK (AP) The New York Yankees have reshuffled their bullpen and put right-handed reliever Sergio Santos on the 15-day disabled list.

The Yankees made the moves before Friday night's game against Detroit.

Santos is out because of inflammation in his pitching elbow. The move was made retroactive to Monday.

The Yankees recalled righties Bryan Mitchell and Branden Pinder from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and optioned right-hander Chris Martin to the minor league team.
