Welcome back to the lineup, Hunter Pence.

The Giants' outfielder was activated off the disabled list on Tuesday and wasted no time at all in making an impact. With no outs in the top of the sixth inning and the Giants leading the Mets 3–0, Pence made a sliding catch in rightfield on a Ruben Tejada fly ball before getting up quickly and making a spectacular throw to gun down New York's Curtis Granderson, who had tagged up from third base, at home plate.

The double play was fantastic itself, but coupled with the fact that it was Pence's first game back after wrist tendinitis sent him to the DL on June 12, it's all the more impressive. Pence also went 1-for-4 at the plate with two RBIs in the 3–0 Giants win.

You can watch video of the catch and throw below.
