The winter meetings may be over, but there are still several big-name free agents on the market who are keeping the rumor mill running.

Check out the latest MLB news and rumors below.

• Free-agent pitcher Yovani Gallardo is expected to be the next starter to come off the market, reports SB Nation’s Chris Cotillo. The Baltimore Orioles, Houston Astros, and Kansas City Royals are all pursuing him.

• The Cincinnati Reds are heavily shopping third baseman Todd Frazier, reports Bob Nightengale of USA Today. The Cleveland Indians, Chicago White Sox, Royals and Los Angeles Dodgers have all expressed interest.

• The Reds are also in trade talks with the Washington Nationals about a deal that would send second baseman Brandon Phillips to D.C., reports Fox Sports’ Ken Rosenthal.

• Free-agent pitcher Jerry Blevins announced that he has re-signed with the New York Mets.

• The Pittsburgh Pirates have re-signed utilityman Sean Rodriguez to a one-year deal, reports Rob Biertempfel of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

• Pirates general manager Neal Huntington told MLB Network Radio that the team is listening to offers for closer Mark Melancon.

• The Chicago Cubs are trying to trade for relievers, reports Rosenthal.
