The Giants pulled away from the Brewers on Monday with a five-run eighth inning that featured back-to-back-to-back home runs.

With two on and two out, Denard Span went deep to right off Ariel Pena to put San Francisco out in front 10–3. Joe Panik and Buster Posey followed with solo shots to help pad the lead and help the Giants win 12–3.

The trio was a combined 5-13 with four runs scored and seven RBIs. Southpaw Madison Bumgarner earned the win with five innings of three-run ball with six strikeouts.
