Orioles third baseman Manny Machado got off to a tremendous start against the White Sox on Sunday, homering in his first three at bats, all coming in the first three innings.

The Orioles led 10–0 after the early-game onslaught.

Machado homered off James Shields in each of the first two innings and against reliever Matt Albers in the third, driving in seven runs in the process.

Watch all three bombs here:

The first went to straightaway center.

He pulled the second one to dead left.

The third went to deep left-centerfield.

The last player to hit four home runs in a game was Josh Hamilton in 2012. Sixteen players have accomplished the feat. The record for most RBIs in a game belongs to Mark Whiten, who drove in 12 for the Cardinals while hitting four homers in 1993. He is the only player to hit four home runs and drive in 10-plus in a single game.

Machado is hitting .309 on the year, now up to 25 home runs and 67 RBIs including today’s output.
