Red Sox-Indians Game 3 rained out, series resumes Monday

It’s the second MLB playoff game to get rained out this weekend.

Sunday’s ALDS Game 3 between the Red Sox and Indians has been postponed due to rain, MLB announced. The series will resume Monday night at 6:08 p.m. ET.

The game is the second MLB playoff game postponed due to rain this weekend. Game 2 of the Nationals-Dodgers NLDS was postponed Saturday and rescheduled for Sunday. 

The Indians lead the series 2–0 after taking both games in Cleveland earlier this week. Clay Buchholz was scheduled to start Game 3 for the Red Sox and Josh Tomlin for the Indians. 

If the Red Sox force a Game 4, it would be played Tuesday.
