"Funniest Person On Twitter" takes over MLB Twitter feed, hilarity ensues

Because we missed his role as Cake Commander on Outer Space Astronauts back in 2009 we really didn't know very much about comedian Rob Delaney when he took over MLB.com's Twitter account last night. But if you're going to give up control of one of your most important social media outlets, you could do a lot worse than to hand it over to the man named the Funniest Person on Twitter by no less an authority than Comedy Central. As it turns out, that is a well-earned award. Last night Delaney, a 35-year-old Massachusetts native, turned MLB's normally desert-dry Twitter feed into something closer to a set at Caroline's.
