Okay, so it was less throw and more a gentle toss into a waiting glove, but what's not to like about this? The legendary Vin Scully and the legendary Sandy Koufax, joining forces for the ceremonial first pitch at the Dodgers' home opener against the Giants. Scully, who is celebrating his 65th year as the Dodgers' announcer, even made his entrance to Dodger Stadium in style, riding out to the field in a convertible.

Dodgers fans are probably wishing that Scully had stayed out on the actual mound for the game itself: The Giants ripped starter Hyun-jin Ryu and Los Angeles' defense for six runs in the first inning. Hard to imagine Vin could do any worse. (h/t Los Angeles Dodgers)
