Putting a show together on short notice can be a difficult task for almost anyone in the mixed martial arts industry, but the Ultimate Fighting Championship has now stacked together a solid undercard for its July 19 UFC Fight Night show. The main event features Anderson Silva, highly regarded as the top pound-for-pound fighter in the world, moving up to 205 pounds to face James Irvin.

Since announcing the show, many names have come up as possible plug-ins for the undercard and now the UFC has officially announced many of those match-ups that will take place in Las Vegas at The Palms.

Former International Fight League fighters will make their way to the Octagon as Miletich fighter, Rory Markham, makes his debut against Brodie Farber in a welterweight showdown. Brad Blackburn, another IFL alum, will take his first trip to the UFC as he faces off against James Giboo, who will also be making his debut with the promotion.

Markham and Blackburn were both top fighters with the IFL, fighting for a combined record of 10-4, while both competing in the company's 170-pound weight class.

Also announced for the card is a lightweight bout between Dale Hartt and Shannon Gugerty. Hartt is a training partner and student of current UFC welterweight fighter Marcus Davis, while Gugerty comes in from training with middleweight contender Dean Lister in the past.

For the main card, while Silva and Irvin are set as the main event, Brandon Vera looks to make his debut at 205 pounds when he faces Reese Andy, another former IFL athlete, while an exciting lightweight showdown is expected between Hermes Franca and Frankie Edgar.
