The Philadelphia 76ers have agreed in principle to send center Marreese Speights to Memphis in a three-team deal with New Orleans, sources confirmed to SI.com.

The Hornets would acquire swingman Xavier Henry in the deal, while the Sixers would net two second-round picks (one of which is the Hornets' 2013 second-rounder and another that would come from Memphis) and a small trade exception, equal to Speights' $2.7 million salary.

ESPN.com first reported the deal.
