Bob Knight told an Indianapolis television station that he's mulling a return to coaching/player-strangling/chair-throwing. His reasons for coming back were hard to make out as there were too many bleeped words. Though, when asked about cheating in general in the college game, Knight, a man recognized for running clean programs, said cheaters should be shot for they "are too dumb to be alive." Yep, the charmer's ready for a comeback. Hide the chairs. Save the policemen. Lock away the shotguns.

Early 4/20

Here's one way to get a party started that we're really high on: giving away free Marijuana pipes. Pro-pot groupies at the University of Colorado gave away the pipes to attract more members to the National Organization of the Reform of Marijuana Laws. The plan worked, as 300 signed up and seven got the free pipes. The real story though: CNN news anchor Mike Galanos' little intro to the story. I believe he said "blow a gasket." How timely, Mike.

Tried, Tested, Trusted

If twisted enough, it seems only logical that to gain one's trust you have to betray that person. I mean, how do you know if they truly trust you unless that trust is tested, perhaps deceived? Whatever, The Michigan Daily understands my ridiculous logic. Note to self: Don't leave belongings around Michigan Daily reporters.

The Sportswriter
Cheerleaders are easier on the eyes than an aging sportswriter, so here you go. :: Darryl Dennis/IconSMI

Print media may be dying, but one newspaper reporter has found a way to add a little spice to his job. As The Wiz Of Odds noticed, Scott Wolf of the Los Angeles Daily News has, once again, found a cozy little spot next to some cheerleaders. Man gets around.

Rigors Of College Life

There's so much more to college than just classes. Take Coastal Carolina University, for example, a dynamic liberal arts institution just minutes from South Carolina's Myrtle Beach. While the university offers rigorous degree programs, like golf management, students enjoy the beach parties culture, the school's golf courses surroundings and its hot student body extracurricular offerings.

Pop Culture Nugget

Andy Roddick auctioned off one heck of tennis lesson at Elton John's AIDS benefit in Atlanta. One lucky female (hint No. 1) bidder dropped $15,000 (hint No. 2) for the lesson, but I think it's clear that she got a raw (hint No. 3) deal. Brooklyn Decker has yet to comment on the situation.
