Sources: Giants to fire coordinator

Bill Sheridan's first season as Giants defensive coordinator almost certainly will be his last. Though Tom Coughlin hasn't announced his intentions, several players, coaches and members of the organization all told the Daily News Sunday they expect Sheridan to be fired in the next few days. That's hardly a shock, since the team surrendered 427 points this year - the most since giving up 501 in 1966. (New York Daily News) Comment
