The Orioles and Mariners were scoreless heading into the 12th inning last night. Seattle scored a run in the top half of the inning, but Baltimore prevailed in the bottom of the 12th when it scored two runs on shortstop's J.J. Hardy single. However, this was not the most significant development of the evening. It was the fact that one fan caught three foul balls. (Thanks to Paul, of York, Pa., for the link.)

Missed High Five Video Of The Day
Actually, this isn't a missed high five. It's a missed fist bump. It happened on last night's American Idol (at the 40-second mark of the clip), where James Durbin got robbed. (Thanks to Jarett Lena, of Yorktown, N.Y., Ronnie Parrish, of Zebulon, N.C., Chris Stroup, of Alexandria, Minn., Chris P., of Salt Lake City, Sean Murphy, of Fremont, Neb., and Matt, of Wilson, Pa., for the tip.)
