Pats linebacker Brandon Spikes then ripped the refs on Twitter after the game, and even (gasp!) used expletives. ... Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan chased a ref down the tunnel and reportedly cursed him out after Washington lost to Cincinnati. ... The refs in the Detroit-Tennessee game gave the Titans an extra 12 yards in overtime. ... Lastly, Cowboys receiver Kevin Ogletree slipped in the end zone on a hat thrown by a replacement ref.
