There were many outstanding individual performances from the first weekend of the NBA playoffs. Chris Paul led the Hornets to a win against the Lakers with 33 points and 14 assists. Kevin Durant torched the Nuggets for 41 points in Oklahoma City's victory on Sunday. And Dwight Howard put up 46 points and 19 rebounds in a losing effort to the Hawks on Saturday. But there wasn't a more impressive effort than the 39-point, six-rebound, six-assist output (watch his highlight reel here) from Derrick Rose, who led the Bulls to a come-from-behind 104-99 win against the Pacers. In fact, Rose was so good, Indiana's Danny Granger compared him to a crazy stalker ex-girlfriend.
